BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND PRICE OF THE PRODUCT
The basic characteristics and cost of the product or products subject to the order are as follows:
DELIVERY COSTS
The shipping cost is added to the order amount and paid by the Buyer. Campaigns regarding the cost of cargo are at the initiative of the Seller.
INFORMATION ON PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
When the order for the product he has chosen is confirmed, the buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that he is obliged to pay the total price of the product or products in question.
The buyer can pay the price of the purchased product or products through money order or credit card payment options.
Delivery will be delivered by hand to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form, through one of the contracted cargo companies. The invoice for the order will be made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form. Even if the Buyer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller will be deemed to have fulfilled its action completely and completely. For this reason, any damages arising from the late delivery of the product by the Buyer and the expenses due to the fact that the product has been waiting in the cargo company and / or the cargo is returned to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw by refusing the product / products within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contractual product / products to him or to the person / organization at the address indicated. The buyer can make the notification of withdrawal in writing or electronically to the address of the Seller specified above. The product price is returned to the Buyer within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal of the Buyer to the Seller in writing or via the continuous data carrier. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the Seller.
THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY
Regarding the product / products in this form; All information and promises submitted to the Buyer are valid until the changes regarding the product information are made and published, and it is warned that from now on, the Seller does not adhere to the information and promises given in this form.
CONTRACT DURATION
Following the delivery of the product in this form to the Buyer, the periods in the terms of the Distance Sales Contract will start and end.
COMPLAINTS AND APPEAL
The Buyer can forward his requests and complaints to the contact information of the Seller, whose information is given above.
In addition, the Buyer may submit complaints arising from the distance sales contract to the arbitral tribunal or the consumer court for consumer problems in the place where the product is purchased or domiciled within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade in December every year.
